I have known Bob for many years. I had created my own site but I wanted something more professional but I still wanted to be able to update it myself. Bob created www.successgeneration.org.uk for me and uploaded it to my ISP. He also showed me how to update it and what parts of the coding to leave alone. To make updating easier he inserted comments for me to mark the places that can be changed. To simplify the html coding and keep the styles constant on all pages CSS sheets were designed and implemented.

Bob has helped me on many occasions and not always for web related problems. Over the years he has become more as friend than a supplier.

Mr Crisp has been my printer for many years. Not being happy with my website I asked if he could improve it and make it modern looking. That was over nine years ago.

I have been very please with the new design particularly with the header, very dynamic and applicable to my business. A vast improvement on the old site which was rather dull and unimaginative.

As the conferences and standards continually change the site need constant updating this is always done in a timely manor. Mr. Crisp has also maintained my database of clients a service which has proven to be very useful. Finally Mr Crisp has a very approachable and pleasant manner and has helped my business tremendously.

My original website had been set up by a friend and was working OK but there were limitations.  I met Bob some years ago at a church function and he offered to revamp the site with my friend's cooperation.
